Gym access:
Your gym membership provides unlimited access to our gyms during public opening times.
We have two gyms, a mixed gym open to all members and a women-only gym.
A gym induction is mandatory for all members, including those who have used a gym before.
This is a Health & Safety requirement. Please give reception a ring on 0114 2702040 to book your place.
Classes are not included in our membership.
Swimming access:
If your membership includes swimming, you will have unlimited access to the pool during all non teacher led sessions.
Our teacher led sessions are aqua aerobics, swimming lessons and parent & toddler sessions which incur an additional charge.
We operate a range of sessions to meet different needs, including women-only and men-only swims,
dedicated sessions for disabled swimmers (others may attend for a gentle swim) and casual lane swimming,
with two lanes and limited numbers to ensure a comfortable experience.
Please check the timetable to ensure you attend sessions appropriate to your membership.

If you sign up for a Value Gym or Gym & Swim membership, you can take advantage of a 6-week personal programme
